As standard your media will be converted to the minimum number of discs with a menu. If this is not what you want then pleae specify in additional information. Where media have titles on, these will be used to create the menu on the disc. If the writing is not clear then please make it legible if you are able to. In many cases our customers are unsure what is on the media. If this is the case then we will convert them initially, you can then view them and supply us with new titles/running order. There is no extra charge for this service. You will not be charged for blank films.

Please use Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or a courier service. If the box is greater than 2KG then a courier is better value. There are many good courier servies that can be ordered online at parcel2go.co.uk.
When we receive the parcel we will notify you.

You will be recredited for any media we can not convert.

If you have a printer installed you can print your order details and address labels. If not just supply your name and telephone number with your order. We have all your details on our database.

All media are converted to computer files as standard. In addition you can have your media converted to CD. We can also host your films on our cloud server.

Choose CD for a disc that can be played in a CD or DVD player or on a computer with an optical drive.


Online Album
Your media are hosted on our cloud server and can be accessed anywhere in the world with any internet enabled device. You will be sent a web link to your files with a password to access. You can choose to have them hosted for as many years as you like, when this period expires you will be given the option to extend the hosting for a fee. This is a great way of sharing your media with the security of safe storage.
